Return items will only be accepted on personalised items if they are faulty or damaged items (received damaged in the post) or if there is a error made with the personalisation/colours which was ordered (i.e. I made the mistake in the wrong colour or name that was sent out). Please make contact within 48 hours of receiving an item if it is damaged.
Due to the nature of the personalisation of items, I can not accept returns on items which are not faulty / wrong in any way. So, please double check wording, spellings before completing your order.
If it is a non-personalised item, that you wish to return, you must make contact within 48 hours of delivery and return within 7days of delivery.If the item is damaged/incorrect, I will cover the cost of the returns postage. 
If you are wanting to return the item then postage must be covered by you. 
Once the item has been returned I will then send out your replacement/refund once the item has been inspected.
